Scheduling an Appointment

The staff will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you immediately.

Office Hours

Our office hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8am - 5pm, Wednesday: 8am - 4pm, Friday: 8am - noon.

Consultation Time

Our office schedules consultations on Tuesday and Thursday usually in the afternoon. If you need a special time of day or a day that is not offered for a consultation please let the staff know so they can try to accommodate your request. A consultation visit is required before the surgery can be scheduled. Please call our office - (903) 597-2848 - to schedule an appointment.

Surgery Scheduling

Surgeries are scheduled Tuesdays thru Fridays. IV Sedation surgeries are in the mornings starting around 8:00am and Local surgeries can be scheduled mid mornings or in the afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A consultation needs to be scheduled before the surgery will be scheduled. Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions about our office policy.

NOTE: We try to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. But because Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergencies can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
